Haja’s calendar is currently booked 2 months in advance. When an appointment is made 2 hours has been blocked off for each client and others have been turned away. Canceling or rescheduling within 7 days may not allow Haja sufficient time to find someone to fill in the slot, resulting in a forfeiture of monies paid. Please review your schedule thoroughly before booking an appointment. PLEASE NOTE THAT ALL DEPOSITS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE/NON-TRANSFERABLE. IF YOU RESCHEDULE A TOTAL OF 2 TIMES YOU WILL NO LONGER BE A CLIENT OF SIMPLY ARCHED LLC.  A $100 NON-REFUNDABLE/NON-TRANSFERABLE(to another person) DEPOSIT is required in order to book and confirm your appointment and will be deducted from the total cost of the service. If you need to reschedule your appointment you must do so  4 days prior to your appointment date.

All cancellation/rescheduling within 4 days are subject to re-booking fee. Rescheduling within 4 days  – $25 re-booking fee(will not be applied towards current or future services)Please provide at least 24hrs notice if you need to reschedule a treatment: 48 notice is required to cancel any appointments. This will allow enough time to fill appointments.

Late cancellations or No Shows will be charged 50% of treatments scheduled. Rescheduling within 48 hrs – $50 re-booking fee (will not be applied towards current or future services)

TARDINESS : If you arrive 20 minutes past your appointment time, your appointment may have to be rescheduled and your deposit forfeited. If you need to reschedule another deposit will be taken in order to hold your spot. Please keep in mind that there might be some unforeseen circumstances beyond Haja’ s control which can result in appointment cancellation/rescheduling. Should this happen SIMPLY ARCHED LLC. is not responsible for any travel expenses.

• Age requirements: 18-60 years old. Please send photos of brows if you are over 60 and list any medication or health conditions.
• Must not have any transmittable blood related conditions or diseases such as Hepatitis or HIV/AIDS
• Must not be pregnant or nursing
• Must not have any skin allergies to pigments or makeup
• Must not have glaucoma and/or taking blood thinning medicines
• Must not have skin concerns such as eczema, psoriasis, or keloids in the treatment area
• Must not have active skin cancer
• Must not have experience with post-inflammatory hyper-pigmentation
• Must not have undiagnosed rashes or blisters in brow or lip area
• Must not be someone who is under or scheduled for radiotherapy or chemotherapy
• Must not be someone who is epileptic and has experienced a faint spell or seizure
• If you are diabetic, please have a doctor’s note with medication + controlled diet
• If you received botox 3 months before
